With over 20 years of experience in the private medical insurance (PMI) market, Martin has built an excellent reputation working mainly with SMEs and private individuals. He specialises in helping companies find the right PMI solutions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Whether a business is introducing PMI for the first time or renewing an existing policy, Martin focuses on building long-term relationships with business owners, HR managers, and employees. He offers peace of mind by being a trusted point of contact for everything from claims support during difficult health times to everyday policy administration.
I’ve spent two decades working alongside businesses and individuals to make private medical insurance straightforward and supportive. It’s important to me that clients feel they can reach out whenever they need help, whether that’s managing claims or handling the details of their cover.

Outside of Work
Away from PMI, I’m a long-suffering West Ham fan and love sports — especially golf, tennis and snooker. I’m also an avid music fan and happy to chat vinyl collections, especially 1990s indie and Britpop classics, if you give me the chance!
