At Health Cheque Ltd, we aim to provide the highest standards of service. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you have the right to make a complaint.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), an independent service established to help resolve complaints between consumers and financial services businesses.
